How long do you spend on each visit?

We spend about 30 minutes for each visit that is scheduled. If there is a need to spend more time due to on-visit complications, we will gladly finish the visit in the time required.

What animals do you currently pet sit for?

We'll accept pet sitting jobs for: dogs, cats, rabbits, rodents (hamsters, guinea pigs, etc.), reptiles (turtles, iguanas, snakes, etc.), birds, fish, and most other common household pets. We do NOT, however, care for any barn or exotic animals.

Will you walk my dog / other pets?

We will walk, play ball or just sit and cuddle. We'll do what your dog (or other walkable animal) likes for you to do with them when you're home.

My pet needs medication. Can you give it to them?

Yes. We are well trained in the art of giving pets medication. We can administer pills and even give shots if needed.

Please note: Pet Nannies Erie, LLC will attempt to administer medications, but cannot held responsible for complications that that arise as a result of excessively shy or aggressive animals.

Do you charge a fee to measure out our pets food, like the kennel?

No. We don't require you to pre-measure your animals food and we don't charge extra to measure it out for each feeding.

Will you board my pets / keep my pets in your home?

No. We are not a kennel service which boards dogs or other animals - we are strictly a pet sitting service, and will visit your pets in your home throughout our pre-scheduled visits. Additionally, we do not keep pets (other than our own) in our homes. We strive to care for your pet in the environment they are most comfortable in, and this can only be achieved by allowing us to care for your pet in your home.
